This place is new, still being finished, but already very pleasant. The buffet supper and breakfast were both very good, with lots of choices. Nice view from the room's balcony of the lake. The room itself was nicely decorated and equipped.

The nearby railway line is a bit of a bother, but not so bad as to interrupt sleep. The spa facilities were not yet open, but looked quite o.k.

Almost wellness facilities were excellent.

Spacious, comfortable, great facilities, excellent food, staff courteous and pleasant (even though we do not speak their language), easy to get to via train from Vienna. It was a pleasure to see children enjoying the playrooms and special programs. In view of the gales and freezing weather, we particularly appreciated being able to reach the thermal pools without leaving the complex, and generally having a large indoor area to enjoy when not in our room.

We really needed more information in English! We tried to understand some information regarding the Christmas activities by using Google translate! However, we had to copy notices displayed in the hotel foyer, in the elevator, etc. in order to try to translate them.

The location was beautiful. In the discription of the hotel it is not pointed out clearly that it is directly located at the lakeside, which was beautiful!

Some of the waiters were very slow and some of them not able to understand neither englisch nor german. Not all of the reception staff was enthusiastic, some could have been a bit more willing to help with getting information regarding the public means of transport (train): there is no possibility to buy a ticket to/from velence to a city from abroad which makes the trip by train quite complicated.

The wellness area is fantastic, the hotel is very clean. It was a pleasant mini-holiday.

The hotel should have more tranlations into English, especially in the wellness area. Not everybody understands Hungarian.

The hotel is very nice, everything you expect to find in a 4 star hotel is basically there.

I have to say I didn't fall in love with the hotel, tough. Maybe because of the pretty disappointing surroundings, maybe because the style of the interiors was quite anonymous to me. I guess it is anyway a matter of taste. One thing for sure: the spa area is really not so fascinating, when I compared it for instance to the spa in Andrassy Kuria, the nicest I have ever been. The outside pool idea with view on the lake is in theory a good idea, but the tall border of the pool prevents you from having any view of the lake when you are sitting in the water. The half board dinner quality is just average, don't look for anything special there. I am happy I spent 110 euro for my room, not the original 160 asked by the hotel.

I wrote it once and I'm writing it again: there is a lack of explanations in English. Please, use English more in your hotel.

The hotel fulfills the two important conditions of parents who want some rest with their kids; - it gives a correct, quality service (with the exception of the Grill-house), Spa and some peace for parents - and it is good fun also for kids. All this in a natural environment, not in a big industrial hotel. The hotel was full while we were there but yet, we could peacefully read on the beach, eat with a relatively silent restaurant with all those kids around. Precious mini club and children programs, facilities for free. Services in Spa are good and professional.

The strict check out policy; sometimes unjustified and contra-productive. Rooms are not big but comfortable with mostly side views but with generous terraces.
