Lovely staff, incredible spa, beautiful grounds, clean room, tasty breakfast.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

We have booked this hotel for its spa that was never indicated to be extra payment. We will not go there again as our decision to stay was based on false publicity.

the location was great

Very small room at the level of the hotels with only 2 stars. We were not able to sleep due to the people in the rooms doing parties. It is too expensive for the rooms we had.

The hotel is located in a beautiful forest with lovely views and great hiking options. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious, with varied options for everyone's taste. The spa offers a variety of treatments and activities, with lovely facilities and a relaxing atmosphere.

The prices for some of the treatments and activities at the spa are quite high compared to other similar hotels.

The staff tried to make up room at 8.30! And no reaction to the label "make up my room" rest part of the day They just left towers opposite the door

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in a secluded park by the Fjord was simply breathtaking. Surrounded by nature and a beautiful forest, it provided the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The staff were incredible, always friendly and smiling, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The room was cozy and clean, equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture, where I could relax and soak in the serene atmosphere. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start my day off right. And let's not forget about the incredible spa and wellness center. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were a dream, and I indulged in a rejuvenating massage that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. Wi-Fi was also available, which was convenient for staying connected.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil retreat.

The spa area was fantastic, with a variety of different pools and excellent service offering free fruits, coffee, and tea. the hotel provided a great location, offering romantic walks around the beautiful surroundings.

The room was outdated, with some stains on the floor carpet, and the bathroom was small. the breakfast had some odd choices regarding quality, and the hotel website did not correspond with the reality of the hotel.

The spa facilities were fantastic and we enjoyed a variety of pools and saunas. The service was also excellent, with attentive staff who were able to offer recommendations for nearby attractions. The location was ideal for a relaxing break, tucked away in a peaceful forest.

The rooms were a bit dated and not as clean as we would have liked. The breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic and could have been better organized.
