Vega Hotel

The hotel was located in a convenient location to restaurants and room was clean.

I was very happy with the location of the hotel, despite it being about 15 km (?

The hotel is on the East side of Moscow and is around 60 minutes from the airport by taxi.

Poor lighting and crowds for taxis and buses, hassle from people asking if you want a room.

说到在莫斯科找一个价格合适的酒店,那这里算是最佳之地了.

位置不是很便利,但是出了酒店走两分钟就到地铁站了,所以不到半个小时你就能跑到市区了.

Additionally the bar lady seemed very friendly and large breakfast buffet.

Tv worked well and breakfast was very nice.

The lobby is modern and inviting, the staff are polite, the buffet breakfast is very good.

There were various restaurants and shops.

We enjoyed the restaurant built out of logs designed to look like an old Russian hunting lodge.

I would love to see the few staff who had no customer service skills to be pulled up and trained correctly as I think they brought the hotel down.

We had no information about when and where breakfast was, but guessed that info would be in the room, which it wasn't, so we asked at reception and they told us the time and location, from another receptionist, who was very good.

I encountered 3 members of staff, 2 of whom spoke very good English and one who spoke a little German and with my own limited German and a little sign language, we manged to communicate!

Once inside, however, the reception and lobby area are very shiny, modern and clean.

Security on the door and in elevator areas on ground floor.

We went back to the hotel cafe in the lobby and asked for tea.

We strayed in and were charged a fee for the pleasure of having a robotic guitarist and organist play awful lift music throughout our meal.

The bathrooms are very clean and linens are fresh daily.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, some staff speak perfect English and the bathrooms are very clean.

Hotel room was clean and warm - it was March.

The rooms are a little small but very clean.

Nevertheless, the room was clean and functional.
