The location was excellent, with Teremok nearby, where we could eat. A few steps away from a subway station, perfect for us. We would recommend it to those visiting Moscow.

Bad breakfasts, the shower didn't work

Location was good, near to the subway.

The employees of the hotel were not friendly. I have booked and payed the hotel with VISA credit card, but had to pay the same amount at the incheck. They promise me to return teh dubble payed amount in few days. The booked room was not in teh same buildinga s the hotel.

Responsiveness of the guards, closeness to underground station

Too long checking in (big queue), complicated scheme of getting to one side of the hotel to another (only through the first floor), after 11 pm I couldn't buy some water inside of hotel, they didn't give any soap.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to the metro, and the staff treated me very well.

My entire stay I heard the sound of new construction. Hammering and the sound of carts going across the floor up to 12 hours each day. I had a guest to my room (a Russian citizen) and security treated them very badly asking them so many embarrassing questions. Two days, I did not have hot water and one evening without lights. I will not recommend to my friends.

I liked the convenient location near the metro station and the park Tsaritsyno.

Good value for money, good 3-star hotel. Around 50 eur for Economy Room is not much for Moscow prices, the shared toilet and bathroom (for 3 rooms) was not a problem during my stay, always could use it when I wanted and was clean. Rather far from the city centre, but easy to reach with metro within 30 minutes. Would stay again, despite some setbacks I liked this hotel.

The staff didnt speak any other language than Russian - not a problem for me, but is a disadvantage for non-speakers. Very small and thin pillow in the room - wanted a second one or change it and left a note in Russian language lying on it - but they didnt do anything about it. The area is a typical Moscow housing estate, so nothing special to see in the surroundings, but for that price you cannot expect anything else. The biggest setback - they didnt make my police registration for foreigners automatically, only on the second request on the last day of my stay.

The staff at first would not honour your booking and tried to charge me an extra 50%. After a lot of arguing they finally honoured your price. The staff were also not overly helpful with information about transfers to airport ie asked me to come back the next day so that I would have to speak with the next shift as current staff didn't want to handle the query.
