  Very nice reception area and good value. Beautiful building and we liked the decoration of our deluxe room very much. Staff were friendly and helpful, bathroom was large enough, breakfast on the rooftop restaurant was also superb. The kids lived in the pool as was incredibly hot.

  Location was good being just slightly out of the hustle and this hotel was AMAZING. Staff were lovely and friendly, rooms were clean, the breakfast was very nice.

  Good location and very Nice Hotel. More traditional in style, very helpful staff and some of receptionists don't speak English very well. The rooms are clean, excellent breakfasts on open top floor.

  The area itself is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the town, the hotel staff is young and friendly, spacious and clean room and the balcony is fine. The top floor restaurant is rather nice and the towels and bedclothes are quite old and not white enough. Breakfast is also quite good.

  The breakfast buffet was quite extensive and the restaurant has a brilliant view of the area, the staff were great and very helpful, the rooms were of a good size and that bathrooms were ok.

  Liked the Van Loi Hotel, free internet in lobby and good service from arrival departure. Our room was spacious and breakfast was fine.

  A beautiful place to start the day, the front desk staff are kind of helpful and rooms are good, clean and spacious, and have balconies. The breakfast is good.

  I quite liked the French influenced architecture of the place, good service and the rooms are a dark and cool retreat from the heat. The swimming pool is also very clean and gorgeous.

  The hotel has all the facilities to make an enjoyable stay, rooms are clean and quiet, the breakfast is good and on the rooftop is lovely.

  Staff is not very friendly and even not always polite, the pillows are tiny.
