The hotel has a pleasant ambiance, clean rooms and breakfast very good value for money.
The location was convenient to the Keukenhof Gardens, beds were good.

When we arrived we discovered the Hotel is situated quite far out of the town and we had to pay from 12-17 Euro each time I needed a taxi to the central Station.
Convenient bus stop for Leiden, nice hotel and the beautiful old building can hardly be seen.
On-site restaurant was good, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.
The bed, though was a double base with two single mattereses and single duvets.
The carpet was stained, the blinds dirty and the bed cover ripped, it was very dark and both my wife and I suffered flea bites.
Nicely decorated room and the restaurant was exceptional.
Some comments suggest that the hotel needs refurbishing - we must have had a refurbished room as there was nothing about it that you could criticise - spacious, comfortable,clean and well decorated.
I liked the ambiance of the bar/lounge and restaurant excellent.
The staff are all friendly and the breakfast buffet is good enough.

The Hotel itself is currently having an extension built, work starrts at 8am so there is no danger of missing breakfast.
