loved my recent stay in molenhoek! van der valk hotel surpassed expectations. clean room, great restaurant, and friendly staff. the area was a perfect mix of business and nature. can't wait to go back and see the northern lights!

Noisy guests ruined sleep.

We have stayed here before. Food to die for, lovely staff (some of who remembered us from a previous visit), clean rooms, nice location. We met up with three of our friends from Eindhoven for dinner and they were impressed too. Very reasonable prices. Nothing was too much trouble and all of the staff spoke excellent English. We are already considering when we will stay there again next year. Anyone considering staying in this area should choose this hotel. We cannot fault it.

We've stayed at Van Der Valk Hotel multiple times and it's always our go-to when visiting the area. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome every time. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable for a restful night's sleep. The hotel restaurant offers a wide variety of deliciously cooked and beautifully presented dishes. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions while being situated in a peaceful and tranquil town. We highly recommend Van Der Valk Hotel and will definitely be returning.

Internet access is poor, for couples the bed is not convenient

Location is good, and the hotel/motel is very very clean

The beds were horibble. matrassen are very very soft. On bed was broken we had to set the matras one the ground

The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate guests, even keeping the bar open and providing snacks after a late-night concert. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. I would definitely book with them again if I'm in the area.

Felt exceptional, nothing to complain about.

I liked the friendly staff, the food was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, the cost was good value for money. All in all I cannot complain about anything and I will be booking again next Summer.

Everything was perfect as far as I am concerned. I noticed that someone complained about having to cross the road to get to the rooms. I did not find this a probem at all. When I left your hotel, I went on to stay at the Sandton Pillows in Zwolle. Biggest rip off I have ever come across.

Good clean room, close to Nijmegen and the motorway A73. Everything was very clean.

Musty smell in the room.

The hotel is situated in a rural area surrounded by a beautiful forest, perfect for those interested in outdoor activities. it is close to the Nijmegen 4Daagse, the world's largest march taking place in July, making it a convenient location for participants and spectators.

Despite the location being ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, the hotel lacks proper indoor facilities, such as a bar or lounge area, which may be disappointing for guests looking to relax and unwind indoors.

When booking, we requested a room in a specific part of the hotel and the result could not have been more accurate.

The design of the corridor entrance door and those of the rooms means that they are difficult to close quietly. This results in the general noise level being quite high.

staff helped with breast feeding milk that needed to be stored and accesssed

Room was next to a lift and stairs, hence slept badly. First day breakfast was insufficient (everything was gone and not replaced). No minibar for storing breast milk.

I stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel recently and I had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The hotel had a beautiful restaurant with a varied menu and the food was prepared to a high standard. The bed in my room was very comfortable and the room itself was clean and tidy. The bathroom was excellent with a powerful shower and good-quality toiletries. I especially loved the nice balcony where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were also very professional and made sure that everything was taken care of. my stay here was top-notch and I would definitely book again if I'm in the area.

The Reception / Restaraunt / Bar which is across the road from the rooms is very up to date. The staff were all really pleasant and helpful.

The hotel suggests a four star rating however in my opinion that's way off mark, that said the price paid kind of gives you a clue.The rooms are getting a bit tired, have no coffee / tea making facilities and our room didn't even have a plug for the bath. One more point if staying here, if you need to travel further afield from the area taxis are few and far between, in fact on checking out we couldn't get a taxi so had to walk 25 minutes with all our bags and children to our meet up point.
