Once we recieved our keys they never worked, and then the lock itself stopped working and we couldn't even lock our room.

We would have left right away but because of the balloon fiesta going on there were no other decent hotels with rooms available, although I'm not sure it could have gotten much worse.

The towels were very old, dingy and stained as well as the sheets and pillow cases.

When we finally did check in we were told that none of the keys worked and that the front desk would have to manually unlock our door until the next morning when it was to be fixed.

2 pm per their website but when we called to confirm the reservation we were told it was 3 pm.

The room itself was very run down and not clean.
