While the staff appeared friendly, they lacked professionalism and attention to detail. The muddy and bumpy road leading up to the resort was a challenge for those prone to motion sickness.

During my recent business trip to Cefalu, I had the pleasure of staying at Vallegrande Nature Resort By Geocharme. Although the hotel was chosen for me by my director, it turned out to be a fantastic choice. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was experiencing a holiday in Sicily dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the wide range of massages available. I indulged in a few sessions and each one left me feeling completely blissful and refreshed. The outdoor swimming pool in the solarium area was the perfect spot to chill out and soak up the sun. , the ability to book relaxing massages with qualified staff added to the overall tranquility of my stay. The emphasis on providing a relaxing holiday experience was evident in every aspect of the resort, ensuring sublime rest and total comfort. The facilities were top-notch, creating an atmosphere of luxury and serenity that perfectly complemented the stunning natural surroundings.

We had an amazing stay surrounded by nature. The hotel is clean with great facilities, excellent parking and transportation, located on the edge of the woods in Madonie National Park. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The resort itself is nestled within a forest clearing, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, and the bed and bathroom were in good condition. The breakfast provided was delicious, with freshly prepared eggs cooked to my liking. Additionally, the dinner options were also quite good, although a bit on the expensive side.

The general areas are well-maintained, with comfortable seating areas and plenty of space to move around. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff was always ready to assist me, whether it was offering a hand or guiding me to the elevator. They were very considerate and understanding of my needs.

I would suggest having more activities or entertainment options specifically designed for seniors. It would have been nice to have some gentle exercise classes or organized social events to enjoy during the stay.

Had a lovely Easter break in the seaside resort with spectacular views, incredible breakfast, and dinner that delights. The private pool was a dream, with plenty of loungers, and seating to relax on after a day exploring the area. The location is quiet and secluded, perfect for some relaxing downtime.

The roads leading to the area were very narrow, and the drive up to the hotel was quite bumpy. Some staff members seemed uninterested in assisting guests.
