Valhalla Inn Thunder Bay - 桑德贝

Good location one is preferred close to the airport and one of the great things about this hotel is their restaurant.

The location is near to the airport and likely one of the better hotels in Thunder Bay.

Good location, this place is fine and the housekeeping staff are very friendly.

And both of them are just as close to the airport as Valhalla.

My husband and I were snowed in at the airport, a flight away from our honeymoon destination, sunny Cuba.

We stayed here just for one night, the Hotel is very good, but expensive for just a room, but the room was large with a king size bed, and also a seating area and a small terrace.

The carpet, sofa, table, chairs, counter and bedding in the guest rooms are quite old and make the place look tired.

The front desk gave us the honeymoon sweet, and we lavished in chocolates, cake, champange, big fluffy housecoats and a kingsize bed.

Hot tub the exercise room is below standard.

My "split level" guest room and welcome fruit plate were a pleasant surprise.

Efficient and the service in the restaurant I had breakfast was truly fast.

They also had a nice restaurant and a good bar with a friendly barman.

The room was clean, the food at the restaurant was ALWAYS good.

Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful and food was decent.

The food at the hotel restaurant (Timbers) is not great and took a long time to arrive.

The Valhalla Inn has some of the best service available at any hotel and catering staff did all they could to ensure we had a great meeting.

The staff is very friendly, the restaurants offer a wide variety of delicious food, the pool/hot tub/sauna are nice and the lobby fireplace is a nice place to have a coffee in the winter.

The pool area is lovely and inviting--well lite,good location,plenty of room to take a dip,sauna,or whirlpool,or just sitting and reading the newspaper.

We decided to stay at the Valhalla Inn and took the convinent shuttle to the hotel.
