Great location, staff, and a beautiful building.
It is in a great location in Palermo Soho and the staff were very accomodating to us.
The location is excellent in the SOHO style Palermo neighbourhood.
The hotel is about a 9 block walk from the more commercial/central areas of Palermo Viejo (on the plus side, the hotel was only two blocks from the subway).
While Palermo is an up-and-coming area, the street where the hotel is located is quite run-down and dirty; did not feel safe walking around in the evening; definitely take a cab.
My room had a balcony and a bathtub enclosed by windows so you can view the stars from the tub -- incredible.
The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was ver nice.
Our room, in the 'I' range, was small with a very dark bathroom, containing a shower, toilet and bidet.
The first room we were shown (208) has a built-in along the wall that faces the bed--with two open (no door) closets for clothes.
The rooms are small - our "junior suite" was a small-sized room compared to hotels in the US.
The neighborhood, Palermo, has some very memorable restaurants (the online restaurant guide to Buenos Aires (guiaoleo) lists over 700 for this neighborhood).
The breakfast was varied, fresh, and wonderful, as are the frozen peach bellinis if you happen to stop by the bar at night!
It's located in a centrally, walking distance to delicious restaurants, nice shops and is situated in a beautiful neighborhood.
There is a small dining area on the entrance level where breakfast is served.
Very close to the subway and on a lovely residential street, within easy walking distance of great shops and restaurants.
The staff is very accomodating and helpful, and the free internet service is a plus.
The staff was great -- very nice and incredibly helpful (we used them constantly for recommendations, directions, reservations, etc).
Congratulations to the staff, the management and the arquitect/designer too.

There is a very modern elevator for traveling to the upper floors.
And I saw some earlier comments about housekeeping not being up to par.

The room was clean, beautiful, and relaxing, with several wonderful touches like free welcome drinks, complimentary spa mini facials, and surprises like chocolates in the room daily.
The bathroom tiles were moldy and did not seem new or clean.
