All the staff was nice, our suite was very beautiful and spotless, all of the pools that we visited were all very clean.
Location was great for the large Sawgrass shopping mall and an italian place called Milano was very good.
They only clean the room every four days, the pools were spotless and nice and warm.

Easy to park, beach towels were readily available by the pool and the location to the hockey game was perfect for us. The hotel staff were very helpful and the service was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchens were wonderful.

The toilet did not flush well and eventually overflowed, the manager was unapologetic and said wasn'.

Quiet location, very beautiful place and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the kitchen was totally spotless and the appliances looked new. Outdoor pool was ok.

Convenient to the hyatt conference center and great hotel. Every staff interaction was helpful and the room was unexpectedly large and luxurious. The kitchens were impressively fitted out and everywhere was amazingly clean, small pool at our condo kept action nice and quiet.

Pools … we had 3 pools and a hot tub on site, the hotel bonaventure was quiet, clean and beautiful, staff worked hard to accommodate us, was good. The bed was comfy, the kitchenette had everything you needed and was also spotless.

The location makes super easy to get around and plenty of places to eat and the beach is great. The staff does not speak English and registration in not very accomodating, the rooms have always been clean and quiet. Kitchens are reasonably equipped, nice little pool close by.

Location was great for the large sawgrass shopping mall, and convenient to highways, an Italian place called Milano was very good. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was sub standard without a hint of luxury. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed, the pool was wonderful, lots of sun and not too crowded.

You stay in the beautiful condos at weston bonaventure, friendly Staff and overall the A suite is definitely more roomier and bright. This pool has a volleyball net and a nice waterfall.
