Great location near Sodre Theatre, clean rooms with basic amenities, friendly staff, smooth check-in process, comfy bed and pillows.
Felt like royalty, nothing to complain about.

The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a secure area, just next door to other facilities, such as supermarket and the main avenue of the city and Plaza Independencia and Palacio Salvo.
Their staff were unprofessional.

Gregory
We had an amazingly comfortable room with particularly good bathroom, that's big plus.

Title: Great Family Stay and Adventure Hub!
For families with children, my kids wished there was a small play area or recreational facility within the hotel.

The room was neat with climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
Neat hotel, respectful staff & particularly good and excellent location close to restaurants around there. Location next to Plaza Independencia and 18 de Julio Avenue, and city centre and other facilities, such as supermarket...

Tidy room for relaxing. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

Had excellent and incredible location close to the main square, near Casino Radisson Victoria Plaza. Breakfast with deli meat and also ham. Extremely friendly, professional people working here: D
Beds were very old.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. the location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Plaza Independencia and 18 de Julio Avenue, making it convenient to explore the city. Secondly, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money - this hotel offers quality services and simplicity, reminiscent of a well-known budget hotel chain. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were basic but comfortable, with LCD TVs and cozy beds. The hot and cold water shower worked perfectly, and the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast to start the day off right.
Everything was just fine.

Basic but good value hotel. Has everything you need and we were impressed that the rate also included wifi plus 2 computers for guests to use. Well located for the main square and old town of Montevideo and breakfast was a decent continental buffet spread which we were surprised to get bearing in mind the cheap price.
Double beds are 2 singles put together which can end up with someone lying in the crack and the walls are thin so you can hear shower and toilet flush noises from the other rooms sometimes but neither of these were big issues and certainly wouldn't deter me from booking again.

Noisy rooms, smell of cigarette although the room was non-smoker.

Simple, Spartan, but good for the price. The breakfast was better than expected.

Wi-Fi Internet Connection was excellent in all floors. Decoration was very simple, but still modern and good looking. There were not many options in breakfast but croissant were delicious. Almost all hotel staff was friendly. And the location was terrific if you are in a business trip or visiting the city center (2 blocks away of the main street and 4 blocks away of the center of the city)
The cleaning service was not good, they did not clean the floor or desk very well. The first day the hotel run out of soaps and we did not have any in our room. We asked several times and had to wait a lot of hours until they got their soaps (they could have gone to the supermarket and bought some meanwhile)

We enjoyed the hotel's great location in a nice area, close to the main square and several attractions. The room was very clean, and it had recently been renovated, so it had lots of new amenities. We also liked the comfy bed and pillows, big TV screen, kettle, mini-bar, and the fact that the AC worked well. The staff was polite and friendly, and the check-in process went smoothly.
Nothing, everything was great.

Some staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately not all the staff was as helpful. Good location. Fine if you looking for basic stay in good location. a little overpriced for what you get though.
The hotel needs a lot of work. It has a lot of potential, but all the finishings and furnishings have been done on the cheap. Our door handle was broken. The walls were dirty. The shower was tiny and the shower fitting had a mind of its own which was difficult to control in the tiny space. There were no safety boxes in the rooms as promised. The bedroom and bathroom linen was old and not that clean. It looks great online but does not deliver in reality. The walls are also very thin and you can hear noises from the reception, street, neighbours all the time. Very disappointed after expectations from pictures online. It did not live up to its promises. very basic accommodation- not necessarily value for money compared to other hotels we saw.
