Hotel Urban Brisbane - 布里斯班

The location is very central, this hotel is very comfortable and the staff do try their best.

My main requirements were a central location and a budget of AUD 90 per night.

This hotel is in a superb location with superb views (people with mobility problems may find the drag up the hill a bit steep) has helpful and friendly staff but is in dire need of a significant refubishment.

When we arrived in Brisbane, Coachtrans bus services picked us up along with a few other travellers waiting at the airport.

I arrived here by the Coachtrans transfer from the airport.

LCD television, mini bar, big bathroom, coffee and tea making facilities and an extremely comfortable bed.

It was a compact room which appeared to have been recently renovated - Plasma/LCD television hanging on the wall, up to date bathroom and bedroom decor.

The guest rooms were big and spacious, as was the bathroom, and we really like the large balconies.

The bathroom was dark and dingy with chipped tiles and an ancient toilet (Which I was reluctant to use as we could actually hear someone doing their business in an adjacent room!

The views were amazing, the bed was of good quality and the lobby seemed reasonable as had be decorated.

Great roof top bar and the buffet breakfast is excellent.

The foyer and bar/restaurant area are very misleading, as our first impressions were the hotel was going to be quite trendy and modern.

The lounge, bar and dining areas are of a much better standard than the rooms themselves.

Really pleasant restaurant with alfresco dining if preferred - but unimpressed with dinner menu so consequently ate out most evenings.

Had dinner in the restaurant and that was superb - excellent meal and quality service.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, secure parking was also included in our accommodation cost and breakfast on the top floor was self service but had a wide range of choices.

Helpful staff in all areas, good value and service was better than most in Brisbane.

The location was central to the CBD, the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful, service was better than most in Brisbane.

I would admit that the halls and lifts etc maybe need some modernisation and the swimming pool area, but I think the most important part of a hotel is the room and this was great.

Our only real dislike was the carpark, it contains alot of columns which made parking difficult.

I agree with an earlier post that the parking is a bit of a hassle with all the columns, but we didn't have to pay for it so we just got on with it.

Rooms were clean and tidy, the pillows were so comfortable.

Our room was clean, tidy and reasonable presented for the price.

The rooms are lovely and clean and bright.

Pleasently suprised, rooms large and clean, large balcony, good value.

Our room was clean and the breakfast was very nice.
