Spent Christmas time in the amazing geothermal town, and it was a unique experience indeed. Got a great view of the geothermal pools from the room, and the luxurious beds ensured comfortable sleep throughout the stay. The staff were really friendly and attentive, which was a huge plus. Had the best breakfast experience during the trip, and the onsen was just amazing.
The carpet and bathroom could use some more cleaning, and the maintenance of the hotel wing we stayed in left much to be desired. , the wifi was only available in certain areas, which was inconvenient.

The hotel had a prime location for experiencing unique views of the local attractions. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite, which was a luxurious space to relax in. The breakfast was top-notch, with a variety of tasty dishes to choose from. The staff were friendly and always willing to help us with any questions we had. We enjoyed the complimentary morning walk through the area, which was a great way to start our day.
Although the hotel had a lot of positives, there were a few downsides. The room could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room had a great view of the geothermal pools and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing in terms of flavor and quality. The staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful. The hotel facilities, especially the onsen, were top-notch. We enjoyed both indoor and outdoor baths of various types, and everything was spotless. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient as it was close to the train station and right next to the bus station.
Can't fault the property in any way.
