Perfect location and you are located in very close proximity to a nice mall.

Perfect location for I was there for, that the room was cleaned everyday of my stay and staff members were very friendly.

The location is excellent and great place to eat is just next door called the dog house.

I liked the fact on the location and i was able to walk right across the street to my activity.

This was a return visit for me--in December I stayed and had to change rooms 3 times (already occupied room, only one bed, inoperative heater).

The air conditioning unit was working well, no rattles and cooled the room down.

The cons: This is a motel--room doors open to the outside.

However I asked for a nonsmoking room and it was listed as, but there was smoke smell in room, very heavy.

I did have a room changed because the no smoking room smelled like smoke.

Breakfast was great, the pool was well maintained.

Restaurants and a Starbucks right next door.

Only drawback was the continental breakfast.

Second day muffins were added, third day cream cheese, breakfast cereals and milk showed up.

Bar B Que is cooked in courtyard and prices are reasonable.

This particular place was great the staff was excellent, the lady at the front desk was very polite and friendly, the University Inn had nice clean rooms.

This place wasn't just dirty and friendly staff.

Drug addicts roam the parking lot all hours of the night and the front desk doesn't care.

I spoke to the manager, who suggested that I had no reason for complaining, as the maid probably thought I stayed an extra day.

Every morning someone was cleaning the pool area, parking lot and grounds.

It is right on Shaw, so lots of stuff nearby (and a Starbucks practically in the parking lot!

The spa was greenish brown but workman were on sight the next day to try to repair that problem.

Rooms were clean, vietnamies restaurant was very near.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was nice and clean.

It was very clean, the non smoking room didn’t smell like someone had smoked in it.

Price is cheap, staff is friendly and clean room close to Fresno State.

The hotel room was clean and the breakfast in the lobby was a nice way to get the day started.

    This particular place was great the staff was excellent, the lady at the front desk was very polite and friendly, the University Inn had nice clean rooms. Their continental breakfast was bagels.

    my stay was really nice.the room was very very clean and i felt at home. it was really worth it. i really enjoy staying here and will be back many more times in the coming years!! keep up the good work. i have been a maid and motel manager before so i know what its like on that side too.
