Uniquestay Mihkli Hotel Tallinn - 塔林

About 15 minutes walking distance to Old Town, good location and comfortable hotel situated not so far from city center.

The location is good really close to the Old Town and the hotel is newly renovated.

The location is good really close to the Old Town, even if You have a car just leave it at the hotel and walk to discover Tallinn.

Taxi from the airport was 98 kroon - less than five pounds, and 89 kroon from the hotel to airport - four pounds fifty -hotel very helpful in ordering taxis (available in ten minutes).

If one used those taxis, the prices were also relatively fair, unlike taxis taken from taxi stands.

The rooms (a Zen room and Zen suite) were, again, very four star-like with robes, slippers, mini bar, TV, free Internet (with screen) and fantastically big whirlpool baths!

Some of the rooms there were however very small and my friend was given a very small room with a double bed which was really very tiny!

The hotel is modernly decorated, the entrance door opens itself, well organized room :) You should realy try the Zen rooms they offer, we have enjoyed very much the whirlpool-bath, after the long trip the only thing we wished - to relax!

3 of us stayed in a Zen room which was very spacious, had an excellent bathroom (whirlpool bath and mood lighting included!

It was great to be able to access e-mails from the room and there was also a fabulous jacussi bath (and, I must say, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in!

Breakfast was plentifull with a wide selection, and the bar prices for food and drinks also seemed reasonable.

The breakfast menu has something for everyone (yoghurt, fruit, sausage, bacon, various egg dishes, toast, cereal) and the restaurant (La Boheme) provides interesting dishes at a good price.

The (fairly bland and uninviting) restaurant served some decent food at reasonable prices but the drinks prices were very steep - 55 EEK for a beer is more than you'll pay at a good bar on Town Hall Square.

The hotel has 2 different restaurants: stylish La Boheme and Tricky Ants Farm, where the breakfast is served and used for the organized folklore shows as we understood.

Also we were suprised, that the prices itself in the restaurant were very ok, comparing with the other restaurants in the old town.

Service was good, i thought that the beds were comfortable and restaurant staff were very nice.

Staff were friendly, the morning receptionist was extremely helpful and room was really nice and clean.

The reception staff were pleasant enough and the room was perfectly clean.

After a long day in a rainy but really nice tallinn old town we had a sauna and used the gym.

The sauna and gym were free to all residents and we also booked the jacuzi as a treat.

Also has a gym and sauna although I am here with my 4 year old son so didn't get to use that!

The staff are helpfull, by check-in we received cupons for free smuggled wine and the rooms are very clean always.

Also the beds were spotless, varied of choice of breakfast included.

Some 10 minutes walking distance, professional staff and the room was clean and tight.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very tasty.

Some of our mates said that their room was not perfectly clean, ours was ok.
