Compared to what is available in Guayaquil (Hilton, Sheriton, Howard Johnson) this is a good hotel at the Internet price.

Near the Malencon 2000- good location, tHe Iguana park is really interesting and the hotel is very big.

Excellent location, lovely atmosphere and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The Unipark hotel is 10 minutes from the airport in downtown Guayaquil (taxi cost $5).

We arrived late on 4/15/08 - i waited a good 40 mins for my luggage at the airport and located next to the interesting iguana park.

Web access within the room is via cable and is good.

The rooms are good and spacious, includes a mini-bar.

Security is good as you need a room card to access the elevator.

The staff was helpful, the rooms were spacious and food was very good.

We appreciated the complimentary drink in the bar upon our arrival.

Good cable tv channels too, super breakfast buffet.

Friendly and a very good value, the staff was very helpful.
