  Breakfast in the theatre bar was really good, the hotel parking was convenient and the staff were very friendly and keen to help. Our rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious, i loved all the art too and the food was even better than before, the manager was brilliant and very welcoming.

  Good location and very enjoyable stay. A truly interesting historic building and very reasonable price. The staff we're most helpful, a truly hospitable host and the hot water is very, very hot.

  Good location, warm atmosphere and yes, the room itself and the outside of the building is very simple. The staff and the manager, howey, are very friendly and helpful, and a decent cooked breakfast is included in the price.

  The room we stayed in had a good view of st and the Union Hotel was the best thing to happen to us all. The staff were excellent and the bed was large and canopied, the T. The bar was great, the breakfasts were well cooked and tasty.

  Very convenient location, all nice restaurant arount and 2 minutes walk to the sea, Penzance is a clean, friendly, comfortable, the kindness of all the staff is remarkable. The room wasn't good and the linen didn't seem too clean, the food is delicious.

  This place was great, the staff were accommodating and friendly throughout, our room was clean, cosy and suited our family needs perfectly. The bar was renovated in the 80s funny enough i did the wiring, the English breakfast served was quiet good.

  An historical and atmospheric city hotel, friendly staff. Very impressive communal rooms, the bar did not have many people in and was nice and quiet, the food was good and wholesome.

  Good secure covered parking a real bomus in Penzance and helpful staff. Our room was quiet, the breakfast was excellent.

  Overall great stay and made even better by the staff, and the service was fast and pleasant, breakfast was very nice, and in a fantastic room. Bar tender was helpful and friendly, the meals were also excellent and well presented.

  All in all a very pleasant place to stay and very central in Penzance, wonderful staff. Room lovely, friendly reasonably priced bar and good, millionaires fish pie of huge proportions. Excellent local sausages.
