  On the plus side, the location was great and the rates were reasonable compared to the empress, staff were very nice. The room was comfortable.

  Great location, etc. Wonderful value and as a consequence, the maid service only cleaned up my room one of the two mornings. Delicious breakfasts served by smiling.

  Just a delightful place to stay and the room we had was enormous and had the most comfortable bed. Reception staff were excellent as were the restaurant staff.
