Union Bank Inn Edmonton - 埃德蒙顿

The physical location of this hotel is ideal, the rooms are beautiful and luxurious, the breakfast that's included is very good.

We enjoyed the Inn very much - the room was quaint and cozy and the location is very nice - during the day.

Because of the location of the Inn, we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go to in the downtown core.

The location is very nice - during the day, knowledgeable staff that you would expect at a boutique hotel and the rooms are kind of small.

We would recommend that you drive into the city centre and find a public car park if you want to explore the city on foot.

TV was placed at right angles to the bed which was a "pain in the neck"!

Beautifully appointed rooms that welcome you home, excellent rates and large whirpool-style tub.

However, we were on top of the ballroom which had a wedding and the DJ's music was so loud that our bed was vibrating from all the hip-hop being played.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the a-la-carte breakfast (included in rate) was wonderful ( as were the restaurant staff).

As a HR Manager, I was upset with the operational aspects as well as the staff morale.

I saw the manager talking rudely to another staff member, who later helped us, but was clearly upset.

The staff are wonderfully hospitable and helpful always ready to make your stay comfortable and pleasent.

The only downside to the whole stay was the parking.

They have a dozen or so spots, with parking included from 3 pm - 9 am.

It was, however, clean and tidy and the bathroom spotless with all the usual complimentary toiletries.
