    A great place to stay in rio and fantastically friendly service from the owners. Every room had wonderful, breakfasts were delicious and the swimming pool was lovely.

    Large rooms, really good coffee and plenty of fresh fruits. Excellent choice for rio and some really tasty Brazilian eggy bread. Lovely monkeys in the garden.

    The locations is great, the subway is clean and modern, cobbled streets that are quiet and tranquil. The setting is lovely, the house has a pool area in the garden is perfect for cooling off and the other reviews' ratings are very accurate. Bars are walking distance and have good food, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms were always immaculate, about the best breakfast you are likely to get in the whole of Brazil let alone Rio.

    The view spectacular and great place. The house is lovely, the rooms are clean and breakfasts are very nice and are served on the terrace. The yummy selection of tropical fruits is worth special mentioning and owners Bill and Sue are friendly and professional. Fantastic pool on the upper level overlooking rio.

    Tremendous view an excellent breakfast, a wonderful stay and delightful British hosts made us feel at home. The rooms are well appointed and a 10 minute walk to bar gomez is a great mix of people. The owners are extremely friendly and the pool is awesome, clean.

    A wonderful place to stay in rio, service were excellent and the owners were always helpful. The room was lovely and the pool up on the terrace was a perfect way to start the day. Breakfast was great, fresh fruit, wine stocked in Bill's honour bar was very good.
