This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just opposite a bustling market and within walking distance to another fantastic market. The location couldn't be better for those who love exploring local treasures. Additionally, the rooms are clean and come with a separate bathroom and a balcony, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
No significant issues, everything was great.

Nothing I have never been to such a horrible hotel before
We changed rooms 4 times before we eventually decided enough was enough. The first room was infested with ants. The second room had no hot water. The third room had no hot water. And the fourth room had no hot water and the lights did not work. They also have a major mosquito problem. Avoid this hotel like the plague. I would reccommend Napalai hotel or paradise hotel in Udon

The Staff were unfriendly. Language was a problem. No hot water in the room. No remote for the Air conditioning system (available on request, but not made aware) The noise from long term residents in the hotel corridors. As stated on your website "breakfast is icluded in the price" (What breakfast) I enquired about this at reception and was informed that there is a kettle and coffe available for customers in the reception area. The noise from the cleaning service trolleys and ladies in the corridors early morning. If you dont have a back problem you will when you check out of the Udoncabana (I have slept on softer stone floors) The location is pretty much away from everything....Resteraunts, Bars, any sort of local ammenities.

This hotel had clean rooms and provided fresh sheets and towels. Additionally, the location was convenient as it was close to a market where I could easily buy food. The hotel was also situated near the central plaza shopping mall, which was a great bonus for shopping and entertainment options. Lastly, I appreciated the proximity to the airport, making it convenient for my travels.
All good.

Rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities such as a fridge and cable TV. The hotel also has a good location, close to a market and park, and easy access to the city center. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch.
The hotel lacked cleanliness and attention to detail. The furniture was outdated and stained, and the shower had very low water pressure.

Clean. Bathrooms are well maintained and clean. Breakfast was just toasts, butter, jam and coffee. But tasty. Reception must have some one who understands English. ...Value for money.
None of the staff knew English.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, very close to a terrific market and opposite a local food market. The rooms are spacious with a nice bathroom and hot shower. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing free internet service. the flat-screen TV with English channels and refrigerator provided extra comfort.
Some tenants can be very noisy, slamming doors at all hours of the day and night, disrupting the peacefulness of the hotel.

Big room with a nice bathroom, hot water, and a mini-fridge. The hotel is located within walking distance to a charming market, parks, and several restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The bed was hard as a rock, which made it difficult to sleep well. The noise level from other guests was unbearable, with slamming doors and loud conversations at all hours of the day and night.
