Had a nice stay on the lake, everything was perfect. Greatly enjoyed the a double room with bathtub, felt like we were home. The location was stunning and beautiful, at a short distance from a very famous Hindu temple. Furthermore, close to the old centre.

Peaceful hotel, didn't want to say goodbye.
The location was incredible, next door to an Aryan temple. What's more, it was short walk to Lal Ghat and City Pskace, and Lake Pinchola tourist attractions.

Boutique hotel with excellent views as a bonus. Tastefully decorated and very specious rooms, lovely bed. Location not far from the city center. The venue of choice in Udaipur.

We had an amazing Easter stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The hotel had a great central location, just a short walk from the lake and city palace. We loved exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. One of the best aspects of our stay was the attentive and friendly staff. They were always polite and made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
There were a couple of things that could be improved. The breakfast selection was quite limited and the service was slow.

This hotel is definitely value for money, with reasonable prices for the services it offers. The attention to detail in the vintage decor adds a unique charm to the rooms. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The location, right in the centre of the city, is a big plus point as it allows you to easily explore the old town and lake area.
The Wifi could be improved.

I was terribly disappointed. The place is a building site - literally - they're building another block right next door. The pool was full of pigeons, the hotel is tired, faded and shabby. The breakfast was poor and service was appalling. You can't make an international call from the room and I had to go to reception where a rude 'desk clerk' told me I could use his phone in full view and hearing of everyone coming and going. I don't know what star rating this hotel is but it doesn't really deserve one.

Pleasant Hotel for the money, with nice rooms with rooftop pool and restaurant.
Location down a very narrow dead end street, it is hard to get anywhere from there, except by taxi.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a heritage hotel in a popular tourist area near a beautiful lake. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was mesmerized by its exquisite decor and attention to detail. The courtyard, adorned with fresh marigold flowers, added a touch of elegance to the surroundings. The staff, especially the reception manager, was always polite and accommodating. To my delight, I was upgraded to a stunning suite that was impeccably clean and boasted a spacious bathroom with double sinks. The hotel's central location in the heart of the city was a big plus, as I was able to explore the nearby shops and attractions with ease.
Although the hotel provided a basic breakfast with limited options, there was room for improvement in terms of variety.

Fairly clean and unique place, satisfactory breakfast with a wide range of options. Unbeatable location in a gorgeous area just off old town, the restaurant, and Lake Pichola. For tea or coffee visit Bhudha Cafe nearby...
Beds were a little hard.

The pool in the rooftop of the hotel Cleanliness
When we arrived, they have give the room to our guests and the management of the problem and the solution were so bad. The staff in the reception were so disgusting.

The location was particularly good and perfect for walking around City Palace. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby.

The ac did not work properly. It would turn off every half hour and I had to get up 10 times at night to turn it back on. When we asked then to change rooms, we were told that everything was full and if we wanted two double rooms instead of one triple room that we already had, we would have to pay extra. Also, the approach road to the hotel is very narrow. We were driving a big suv and it was very difficult to fit the car in that narrow lane Apart from that, the hotel was nice

The Udai Kothi hotel was a very atmospheric place with alot of character. The hotel had very good views of the City Palace and surrounding lake; the room itself was very comfortable and had a distinctive character.
