We definitely got great value for our money at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spacious, with fabulous beds. The location in Oletta, just a short drive away from St Florent, provided stunning views. The staff were charming, helpful, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was more variety in the selection of items.

I was really excited to visit Cime du Zuccarello and chose Aethos Corsica for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the small team of staff at the hotel. They provided a level of privacy that was desirable and were happy to help arrange a variety of activities on the surf and the turf. What I particularly liked was the light lunch menu, which offered delicious options if you provided some notice. Additionally, the bar had an impressive selection of wines from Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Southern France. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which only hosted 18 guests, blended Corsican and French flavors with fine-dining presentation. The adjacent bar also served carefully crafted cocktails.

Being picky here, but the plug in our bath needed attention as the water drained away. We were told this couldn't be fixed during our stay.

Stylish boutique hotel with around 8 rooms, beautiful pool and terrace, and fantastic breakfasts and dinners. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location with the ability to walk into the village. Stunning views and a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

The staff at reception were all very professional and took great care of us throughout our stay. The room was modern and spacious, with high-quality furnishings and lovely artwork. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were luxurious. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which included fresh fruit, bread, yogurt, and scrambled eggs. The hotel restaurant offered fantastic food at a great value, and we highly recommend trying it. The swimming pool was a great feature, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, and we would definitely recommend it to our friends.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is situated on a hill with stunning views down to the sea. The calm garden provides a peaceful atmosphere, and it is just a short walk to the beautiful port of Saint Flaurent. The rooms are spacious and stylish with large windows to enjoy the view, and the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The dinner menu was limited in variety, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

The location allows for easy exploration of charming nearby villages, yet also offers stunning views of the Mediterranean. The breakfast and dinner menus offer delicious and hearty options, all served with a view. Guests can also relax by the serene pool or stroll through the small garden.

The bath in some rooms may be on the smaller side.

The rooms at Aethos Corsica-U Palazzu Serenu are absolutely amazing! The bathrooms are like a dream with their pale stone floors and super spacious showers or baths. They even provide soft robes and Fragonard toiletries! As someone who loves indulging in luxurious self-care, I couldn't ask for more. The air conditioning and heating in all the rooms ensure that I am always comfortable, no matter the weather. And the suites? They are the epitome of relaxation with their separate sitting rooms and comfy white sofas. It's like having a cozy sanctuary within my room. Oh, and did I mention the additional TV? Movie night just got even better!

Honestly, I can't think of anything that I didn't like about my stay at Aethos Corsica-U Palazzu Serenu. However, if I had to pick one thing, it would be the seating area in certain units.

The hotel was fantastic with great views over the surrounding landscape. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, and the pool was a great place to relax after a busy day of meetings. The restaurant had a good selection of food on offer, from breakfast to dinner, and everything was delicious.

There were a few minor issues that detracted from an otherwise great stay. The location was a bit far from the city center, which made it difficult to explore the area on foot. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection wasn't always reliable, which made it difficult to stay connected during my trip. We stayed at U Palazzu Serenu for 3 nights after a biking holiday. From the moment we arrived, the owner Georges made us feel welcome and gave us a complimentary glass of rose. The staff at breakfast, dinner and reception were attentive and delightful. The food was superb, with perfect portions, and the set menu was different and delicious each night. The hotel had beautiful furnishings, luxury linen, toiletries, and interesting artwork. The location provided breathtaking views of the sea, while also being close to nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the outstanding service and personal attention during our stay.
