  The view was lovely, the atmosphere was warm and all of the staff were genuinely kind. The room was spacious and food was good. Dinner was great, the two mineral pools were relaxing and QUIET.

  The bed area was very romantic, this place was a great find and deal in groupon, the staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Furniture was pretty ancient and food was delicious. The outdoor spa was kept warm and clean and was completely private.

  The small living room area was great and the restaurant food was ok, the atmosphere romantic. The staff were friendly and the bed was big and comfortable the linens very nice. All the meals were excellent, spa treatments were very good.

  After a long drive, we liked having the private little outside area; ok, was a little scruffy and the hotel room and beds were comfortable and attractive too. The staff were great, the prices here were very reasonable like the accommodation and fruit was not ripe and the breakfast was just ok. The spa itself was warm.

  The small restaurant on site is spectacular and the place is always magical and the renovations should be great. The entire staff is warm, certainly the waters are natural hot springs without clorination and all the food is healthy and filling. Waitress, could not have been more welcoming and the grotto pool alone is worth the cost.

  The views of mountains during breakfast in the mornings was a great way to start the day, the service was prompt and the entire room was just really tired. Food at the restaurant was delicious, the spa was excellent and had a wide selection of treatments.

  The view of the mountains from the restaurant is really beautiful, overall, this place is well worth the money and the staff members are polite and attentive. The suites are large, the food is delicious and the spa and everyone works there is great.

  The atmosphere is subdued, another plus and the total experience wonderful, the staff is friendly, the rooms spotless and jazz music playing softly. The restaurant has a varied menu, absolutely the best Spa I have ever had the pleasure to go to.

  Great place to disconnect and focus on is important, the staff is amazing and ready to help you in any way that you need, the waters are wonderful and healing. The restaurant has an excellent menu that we have always enjoyed and the mineral pools are very nice and relaxing.

  The spa is in an old house and rather cramped, at dinner I noticed people BYOB as the wine list not extensive.

  The old style beauty, the atmosphere immediately detoxes you even without the amazing treatments and all of the staff is great from the front desk to the waiters to housekeeping. The warm waters are very healing and the food in the restaurant is wonderful.

  Spacious interior and friendly staff. Fantastically comfortable bed; huge tv and breakfast was complimentary. The spa was pretty great too.
