  Nice location around yacht marina and hotel area seemed to be well maintained. An idea home base casual and friendly, the price is affordable and is near affordable eateries. The rooms are clean and absolutely adequate for the money, the garden is beautiful.

  The pool area is lovely, the hotel has a nice resurant Aqua in the courtyard, and 4 other nearby, services are basic and acceptable. Rooms are clean and proper maintained.

  Nice pool and pretty views, fantastic value. Well worth the price and helpful service. The reasonable cost per room and to the great restaurants.

  Most beautiful island in the world and just soap. Rude owner.

  I liked the location, as i am not a beach person, nice place and good price. We appreciated the friendly staff and manager of facility was extremely helpful. The bed was fine.

  The location is great for exploring and the marina just gets better wit boats to die for, the pool at the hotel is very nice and is deserted most days.

  Extractor in the bathroom sounded like an old aeroplane and food on Providenciales is expensive.
