We ate in the hotel both nights - on the first night we paid a lot of money to eat in the restuarant and had pre booked a table for 8pm but didn't get to sit down until 9:15pm which was disappointing.
The location is excellent, room very small for 4 star hotel and its staff are friendly.
The best thing for us was the location as we were visiting friends very close by, this was an amazing place to stay and the staff we met were really nice.
Return to a location I used to know well, nice hotel in a town there are few hotels and the staff are excellent.
A good location for exploring the Highlands though!
Nice location for North East Scotland and the bedroom we had in the tower was WONDERFUL.
Our room was fantastic, a mazzive four poster bed, large bathroom with bath large enough for two and our own private balcony.
There weren't many people staying there that night, so we paid less than the price of a normal room and got a fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and two bathrooms, one of which had a huge footed tub.

Her excellent staff and not really expecting much other than a comfortable bed for the night.
The bed was comfortable, went out of their way to fit in a big family bar supper and the food was very good.
After the fuss of the wedding, we fancied simpler food so opted for the bar rather than the restaurant, but the meals we had were wonderful.
We never dined in the Restaurant as we found the Green Lady bar very pleasant and relaxing.
On the positive side; it was very unique, the rooms were large, great breakfast, nice bar, and even a complimentary ghost tour if you wish.
On the second night we ate in the bar which was a big improvement and the food was delicious and a lot cheaper!
We ate in the bar and the food was well-priced and tasty and the staff cheerful, although judging by the speed the food arrived, it had to be microwaved and not cooked from fresh.
Large room view food dog allowed no charge, especially the young lady at the reception on our arrival made us feel more than welcome and the staff at Tulloch Castle are the most friendly.
Good location for working nearby, the staff made the stay very special for us and the service was fantastic.
Nice experience beautiful building for lst 60 twin, the very friendly helpful staff nothing too much trouble and receptionist a first class professional.
The breakfast room was representative of a traditional castle interior, the staff were excellent and a very helpful duty manager checked us in.
It is an impressive building with plenty of parking and spectacular views.
No elevator, so be prepared to tote your suitcases way up there, no bell help evident either.
There is hi-speed wireless access in the lobby, which I only found out about as I was checking out.
Free of charge, staff friendly and clean and comfortable good sized rooms.
