Quiet location, near to the underground and got two supermarket located just behind the hotel for all your basic need: food.

Ideal location for a quick trip to the centre and hotel staffs are very friendly.

If travelling via Lufthansa, there is an express bus that drops you off at Nordfriedhof just one stop away from Alte Heide (the nearest underground station to the hotel), and will pick you up there for the return to the airport.

The good connection to the metro, near to the underground and the hotel is 5 minutes walk to the U6 or take the bus just outside the hotel.

The bed was comfortable, the food was good.

There was no toilet paper, some of the toilets did not work; thus, we were very disappointed.

The hotel itself was rather warm, in the bedroom and especially the dining room.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was very nicely decorated.

Clean and nicely decorated room, breakfast was very good, the pool in the celler was delightful.

The breakfast was not suited to those who look forward to a "Full English" - the teas provided are fruit, camomile, etc - and the food is Germanic; cold meats, white sausage (local delicacy apparently), lots of bread and fruits.

Great kitchen at the restraurant, lovely breakfast.

Don't miss the Vapiano (pizza/pasta) and Rathaus (under the Town Hall) restaurants, both in the centre of town.

Breakfast choices were excellent, the pool in the celler was delightful.

Those who eat more delicately will find a reasonable choice however, and there are two varieties of scrambled eggs, plus hot spicy sausage and burnt bacon for those needing something hot in the morning.

The reception staff all speak English and one member of staff spoke 4 different languages.

Hotel was clean and the service of the reception was really nice.

The staff was quiet, the shower was easy to operate and all facilities were beautifully clean and tidy.

We liked the fact that the hotel was close to underground train for quick access to downtown, friendly staff.

Bus station just near hotel and friendly staff.

Not important to me, but little other than a pool to keep children/teenagers occupied.

Near the City Center, parking is free on the road outside and easy to find from Autobahn - excellent price value ratio.

There is also a solarium and steam room (at additional cost) and all facilities were beautifully clean and tidy.

We liked the design of the hotel, friendly staff and simple and clean contemporary rooms.

Hotel people were professional kind and helpfull, the rooms were very clean.
