The customers service: we were not sure we could make the trip due to bad weather in our country, location was good because was close to convention center and the hotel was very clean.

The location is just 2mins' walk to the bus station, the hotel staff are lovely and room is very good.

Very quiet location, good-sized private underground car park and just down the road from Theatre Beaulieu.

Ideal location for congress at the beaulieu center and quiet hotel.

Enjoyable stay - Coffee making facility in room would have been appreciated - Generally good and breakfast superb its a short walk to the old town.
