I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. First of all, the location was fantastic. Situated on a vibrant street, it was close to everything, including the iconic Victoria Memorial and lovely restaurants like Fluerys. The staff were friendly and provided great service, always willing to assist with any queries. The rooms were well-equipped with all modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Plus, the breakfast served was delicious and included in the price, offering a wide selection of choices that changed daily.

All in all, everything was more than okay.

Its located in the prime area of the city, privacy and comfort level was good. Few of the staff were very good and friendly.

Few staff member were very arrogant and unfriendly. When I checked in on Dec 17th night the staff at the reception was very annoying and was asking unnecessary questions when I already mentioned my requirements while booking. Even the staff member at the Coffee shop @ 1st floor forced me to change my ratings on opinion on their service.
