I asked for superior deluxe king room and it was unique and spacious with the view.

Truly enjoyed the hotel, it is magnificent and fairly clean, has great location near the station. Location: the property was not far from the Thai-Cambodian Restaurant as well as flower markets. Ate at Bug Matira, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

We loved the idea behind these hotels and some antiques and areas are very beautiful, but this hotel in Malang definitely needs renovation. It’s at a point that it even starts to look a bit dirty. But it’s nevertheless still the best place to stay in Malang. A few more swimming pool beds would be a plus (only two now!).

The hotel offered a lot of complimentary surprises during our stay. We received a beautiful and delicious heart-shaped chocolate pudding with a personalized card when we arrived. The room was meticulously clean and decorated with fresh flowers. We also enjoyed complimentary tea and coffee. The hotel is located in a green and walkable area within walking distance to many attractions.

The pool area was a bit public, and we felt uncomfortable using it with other diners around. We also requested to rent bikes, but it was only available for the hotel tours.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The interior is like a museum, with the owner's impressive collection displayed throughout. The staff are incredibly helpful and even offer guided tours of the building. The location is perfect, right by the flower market and close to other attractions. The rooms are beautifully decorated with classic furnishings, including a charming 4 poster bed and balcony with a great view. The free fruit and traditional breakfast options are a delightful touch.

The hotel's central location next to the train station makes it really convenient to explore the city. I enjoyed the excellent restaurant with friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was simply fantastic, with a great variety of high-quality food. Additionally, the hotel facilities were really impressive and the cleanliness was top-notch.

There was nothing I didn't like. This hotel provided a really enjoyable stay, and I couldn't find any negative aspects during my time here.

The food in the restaurant is excellent, and the location is very convenient, just a short walk from the main train station. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making our city trip a great experience.

Our spa treatment didn't quite live up to our expectations. It was supposed to be a four-hour treatment, but it only lasted about three hours, and we still had to pay the full price.

A beautiful evening in an exotic hotel

The hotel is situated in a palace that is also a museum, making it a mandatory visit for those who appreciate art and antiques. The tea section is a great spot to unwind in the evening. Although it is located next to a loud fountain and in the city center of town, it is clean and convenient to get to places. The food and staff were commendable.

The hot water system in the bathroom needed improvement, as the water temperature fluctuated drastically while taking a shower.
