Amazing hotel with favourable location and silent rooms. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a mini bar fridge, a seating area, and a work desk in the room. Nice view of swimming pool from the window. Location near to Sena Madureira avenue, ibrapuera park, and Sao Paulo.

The personnel at the reception were always very helpful.
The Internet connection was a joke, as it would simply vanish from time to time, often when I was in the middle of a Skype call. For business travelers this is a serious liability that they have to solve asap.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. We were able to walk to all the main tourist spots easily. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. We also loved how seriously the hotel took safety precautions during our stay.
The rooms could use a bit of an upgrade. They were functional, but definitely outdated.
