We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious four-star hotel. The location was perfect for exploring all the attractions in the area, with walkable options to the Alfama tourist area and the Oriente train station. The hotel itself was situated in a great neighborhood, opposite the beautiful Parque das Nações. The service at this place was outstanding, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with amenities such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful and quiet environment, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, thanks to the attentive housekeeping staff.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Without a doubt what we liked most was the breakfast; varied and with options for celiacs. rooms have a pillow menu and beds are very comfortable. hotel is right next to an underground station, allows you to move around the city very quickly.
overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There were two towels and one of the pillows that were stained. In the bedside table drawer were the complimentary chocolates from the previous tenants that had melted. pillow menu was painted and what I found most strange was that there were switches and lights on the ceiling but every time you hit it it sounded like a "click" and they didn't turn on, reception told us that it was like that and that only the table lamps and bathroom light turned on, it seemed strange to us. You can tell it's a good hotel, they should take more care of the details and charge more.
