Convenient underground parking. a budget hotel but reasonable value for money. Premium rooms offer extra comforts and larger beds. Efficiently run hotel with attentive receptionist and breakfast staff.

The breakfast choice was quite limited.

We came to Gijon to compete in itu Duathlon World Championship. We choseTryp because it was the closest lodging to the race site. We were thrilled to discover that it was also close to the beach, beautiful trails alon Paseo de Lorenzo and directly across the street from the fabulous Parque doe Isabel la Catalica.

I would like to have access to free Wifi. The daily price of 17 euro was just too expensive for the limited time we were in the room to use it.

The location was ideal, with attractions like the Calle Galiana, the fishing district of Sabugo, and the Palacio Valdés Theatre all nearby. We also enjoyed visiting the Eagle Centre, where we had a blast watching the incredible falconry shows. The hotel itself was peaceful and comfortable, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the breakfasts were excellent. it was a great experience for our family.

My children wanted more activities for kids at the hotel.

We loved the central location of this hotel, just a short walk from the beach and the old part of town. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities provided everything we needed. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff. Transportation and parking were easy to navigate.

During our recent stay at Hotel Zentral Gijon Rey Pelayo, we were pleasantly surprised by the impressive breakfast spread. The regional cheeses, anchovies, pastries, salads, sandwiches, and wide variety of other options left us satisfied and ready for the day ahead. The breakfast alone made our stay worthwhile. The large and comfortable rooms, equipped with nice furniture and spacious bathrooms, added to the overall comfort and satisfaction of our stay. The hotel's location in a quiet area near the park, beach, and shopping and dining area was also a major plus. The peaceful surroundings provided a relaxing atmosphere, while still being conveniently close to amenities and attractions.

This place is perfect for families with young children like mine. The hotel is located in a residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the city center and main beach, but it's directly opposite an amazing park with fantastic play equipment and even an aviary. It's just a short walk through the park to reach several cafes and tea rooms, which was so convenient for us. The room we stayed in was large and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff were excellent and always went above and beyond to help us.
