The hotel is very centrally located, near a big mall with a food court. The king room we stayed in was modern and stylish.- We were pleasantly surprised by the nearby dessert restaurant Gelataria d'avo.- The continental breakfast provided was much appreciated.

The place was reasonably clean with a very modern design and amicable and efficient staff. We greatly enjoyed the location not far from the historical center, and the centre of attractions, it was very central.

For us it was ideal.

This is really a great hotel for its price, the staff is nice and you're able to use the swimming pool (don't forget to bring your swimming caps:)). It was very clean and the breakfast was just amazing! I would definitely highly recommend it if you stay in Covilha.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the center of Covilhã and close to a shopping center. We loved that there was a grocery store right next door, making it convenient to stock up on snacks and supplies. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi, as well as the well-equipped gym. this place exceeded our expectations and provided a high level of comfort and quality services.

The whole stay was good in general. Breakfast was good and location is near the city center.

Swimming pool was not warm enough in both days and they charge for the robes. Some rooms are too noisy: cars passing by all night. Internet was very slow in the room.

The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Serra da Estrela and it was also conveniently near shopping centers. The hotel provided enhanced comfort with its spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and fantastic showers. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
