clean rooms - helpful staff - great value for money - close to Munich airport if you have a car - limited but free parking.
Would recommend.

We pick this hotel because is near Munich airport and offer »Park, sleep & fly package«. Even we had confirmation mail of "Park, sleep & fly package", “morning staff” charge us full price and not a price what we have on “Booked.net”. Even more they charge us for breakfast, what we do not have! After we return from our trip, we were lucky to speak with hotel manager. She was very politely and accept our complain. So we get back all extra money what “morning staff” what to still from us. Attention: be aware of “morning staff”.

San Marco, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel. An amazing base for exploring Neufahrn bei Freising. Parking was on site...
Nothing not to love.

Nice lobby and CNN the lobby TV. Quick check-in and check-out. Very convenient to the Munich Airport. Was very accomodating in revising the reservation date due to the volcano in Iceland.
Room TV was limited to area stations and a few languages other than German. Would have liked a U.S. news station in English.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the northern suburbs of Munich and had a fantastic experience. the hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices that couldn't be beaten. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a nice bathroom and even included air conditioning, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was wonderful and there were no major issues.

The Winter Garden where I had supper was lovely. The food was great, well presented and filling. The service was great and the staff had a very good comprehension of English and were able to answer my questions and help me out a lot, which was much appreciated. Also, due to the volcano, I was travelling solo and the hotel did reduce my rate so that it was reflective of one person. This was very much appreciated.
The Hotel is in a small town just kilometers from the Airport and did have an airport shuttle, however, it was quite a distance to the underground that goes into Munich and would have been a problem if you were staying out there for the duration of a vacation as it was not close to the action. However it was peaceful and quaint!

Its convenience for the airport and ease of access to train into the city centre.
The food, The breakfast was very basic , the rolls weren't fresh and the eggs had been made and on the warmer for too long. The service in the restaurant was poor, not all the meals on the menu were available and the price of a bottle of wine was exorbitant.

During Xmas holidays, we stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near the airport and the city center. The hotel offered free parking, which was great because we traveled by car. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even gave us a cup of hot cocoa upon arrival. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the complimentary breakfast was delightful.
Our experience was ruined by the noisy surroundings. There was a construction site nearby which made loud noises early in the morning.

Pleasant, convenient, clean, well priced
I'd like to have known ahead of time that it's not close to the airport. It's advertised as an airport hotel, but it's a 15 minute shuttle (not inexpensive) ride from the airport.

Clean room, friendly staff, convenient transportation, comfortable bed, good breakfast options, well-maintained bathroom, big TV, 24-hour reception service
Can't think of anything.

It was really nice and clean and the staff was great.
I thought it would be closer to the airport. To get to the hotel from the airport i had to catch the train and then a taxi from a trainstation. I was only lucky to get a taxi too. I ordered a shuttle bus the next day to get back to the airport but that was 16 euros for a 10 minute drive...

The hotel was mostly clean, free internet and standard amenities.
The location is awful. Its a 20 minute walk to the S-Bahn Neufahrn station. The train ride itself is another 35 minutes into Munich. Plus the wait for the train, you need to allow at least an hours time to travel each way to and from the city.
