The convenience of being located right on the Boardwalk was a major plus. It made attending the Rascal Flatts concert at Boardwalk Hall a breeze. Plus, it allowed us to easily explore the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The price we paid for our stay was also reasonable, giving us good value for our money.
The customer service at the front desk was lacking and made us feel unwelcome.

The proximity to the venue was convenient, especially for the Easter event we attended. We appreciated the price, which didn't break the bank. Plus, it was quite close to the boardwalk.
The front desk staff was referred to as "unhelpful, unfriendly, and unaccommodating" in a glaring review. We were not pleased with the quality of service.

The hotel’s price was affordable and we were able to attend the Rascal Flatts concert at Boardwalk Hall with ease as it was conveniently located near the venue. , the room was cozy and had good amenities including a mini fridge.
Sadly, the front desk attendants were unhelpful and unfriendly at check-in, which resulted in a long wait and a lack of knowledge about the hotel’s facilities. the hotel seemed unprepared for the event and dining options were scarce as many restaurants were filled with lines.
