The convenience store on location is nicely stocked with basic needs and the resort itself is located just 4 blocks from a grocery store.

We were interested in a place to stay for our family and grandmother where we could all have some space, a kitchen, and a quiet location close to all the Orlando sites.

A quiet location close to all the Orlando sites and the friendly staff can't do enough to make you feel welcome.

It's close proximity to Disney and the 192 make it a great location for the budget-conscious tourist, and the friendly staff (hi to Tom & Brandon!

Our kids had to stay on bus until they were cleaned,, which took a total of about 2 1/2 hours total.

Living room with flat screen TV, sofa bed, small dining table with 4 chairs, and 1 tub chair.

Two bedrooms -- queen bed with outside door to porch and sliding door to living room.

On the other end of the cottage is a smaller bedroom (double bed) with the bathroom next to it.

The cottages are great although go for the studio over the 2 bed as you actually seem to get more room.

The bedrooms - small one next to the bathroom - double bed - rock hard mattress.

We cook for breakfast and lunch then out for dinner.

Although, I will admit, I took advantage of the cafe at times which served breakfast and lunch at VERY reasonable prices.

There is a snack bar by the side of the pool which served food and smoothies.

The cheap breakfast buffets is a real bonus and the pool is nicely heated.

The breakfast service was sah-low and we can make microwave pancakes ourselves, thankyouverymuch.

The grounds are kept nice and clean and if you want maid service just go to reception and book it for the next day!

When we arrived we had great service from the staff the moment we walked in with lots of information and great advises.

Staff were pretty average and the service at the poolside cafe isn't brilliant.

Housekeeping comes only upon request and clean towels are available in the lobby.

The pool temperature wasn't warm, either.

The pool was so crowded that our kids could not enjoy it.

Wireless internet is available for a fee.

The staff is very helpful and the laundry room is clean and nice.

The bathroom and shower facilities for those camping in RVs or pop-ups were very clean.

The bedrooms of the cottage were also supplied with an extra clean sheet set.

Moreover the staff was helpful, the room was very clean and the laundry facilities were very nice.

Whereas the tub and sinks were clean, the rest of the cottage was stained and dirty.

    Well supplied store, super Wal-mart a few miles away and the area of the Tropical Palms was great. Our entire stay was delightful and the rate was excellent. The staff was friendly and the water was incredibly warm. The kitchen was very nice, the childrens pool was awesome.

    Location was excellent, the park was nice and our stay was very enjoyable. The staff was friendly, the studio cottage was very spacious for three of us and the stove had been left on high. The pool was wonderful.

    The interior was filthy, the mattress on the floor of the loft was stained and disgusting.

    Convenient to stores, central location and tropical Palms for the value was well worth. Moreover the staff was helpful, the room was very clean and the laundry facilities were very nice.

    The location was good and the place was clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful and the beds were like new and comfortable. The pools were nice.

    The area nice, great place and as in private homes. Reasonable rates, clean towels are available in the lobby and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The studio is the better choice and the kitchen is well stocked. The cheap breakfast buffets is a real bonus and the pool is nicely heated.

    Short drive to Disney parks and walking to the small lake to see the gators. Within walking distance to the Palms is Old Town.

    Outdoor porch/sitting area, good value and for the price its superb. Light from streetlamps bathed the interior at night and staff was pleasant. The rooms were very spacious even for us and kitchen was well appointed.

    Pool area was clean, the place was very peaceful and the front desk was polite. Air conditioning - would not regulate - was either freezing or hot and the laundry facilities was also great.

    A quiet location close to all the Orlando sites and the friendly staff can't do enough to make you feel welcome. Most of the year the prices are quite reasonable or you can find deals, the large bedroom on one end has a queen-sized bed and the pools are beautiful.

    An awesome location to get to all Disney properties, we would definitely stay here again - the privacy is nice and the price is reasonable. Staff are the best, the rooms in the cabins are just big enough to fit the queen size bed and the pool is great.
