  Good location and price, the beach is perfect. The worst hotel i have ever stayed in, the staff is friendly and then the concierge Diane is really professional and extremely helpful. The rooms need to be remodelled, the bathroom is not clean, as well as the beds and floors, the bar is kinda cool.

  The windows were large and the ocean is gorgeous, location is the only thing thats good about this property, the bar is a nice place. Needs a skilled staff to renovate the rooms.

  The view was wonderful, the rate for the months stay was excellent and the gentlemen at the front desk were very polite. The bathroom was functional and the onsite bar offered pretty cheap drinks. The manager informed us had just been cleaned and pool was clean.

  Our toilet stopped working, we reported and was never fixed, the loud music and the inconsiderate drunken guests that kept me awake at night.

  Location and the lady at the front desk, was more than helpfull, the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. Staff were friendly, after a complaint, I moved to another room, was much better and the towels were cheap. The pool was clean.

  Great location and reasonable priced hotel. At a cheap price, esp and relatively good service. Our room wasn't too bad, friendly tiki bar and the pool was neither heated nor clean.

  Location and the lady at the front desk, was more than helpfull, the tiki hut bar was a blast and a great place to enjoy some cocktails. The lady at the reception staff were charming, our room was clean and huge.

  Great location and hackneyed luxury hotels. Accomodation for a very good price and i am not complaining of the appearance of the front desk. Free internet and the bar here sucks as well as the staff.

  Sheets old and dirty, ended up staying for less than a day due to loud music all night long. Pool not being heated.

  The location front of the beach and good value for the rates paid. Comfortable lodgings at an unbeatable price and great service. Keyed deadbolts on wood doors into rooms, jena at the Bar is the BEST.

  The location was great for shopping and the beach, rooms had carpet, Phone worked, A/C was quieter , and the mattress was a bit better.

  This place was awful and staff were unfriendly. Pool was not clean.

  I truly loved the location of the tropic cay and a majority of the staff were wonderful, neither of the rooms was able to be opened using the keys given.

  This place was no better, custermer service was very poor to and the pools were filthy.
