Its close to other motels and is in a safe location.

Excellent location, within walking distance to many places of interest and close to public transportation for further away places such as the outlet mall etc.

The location, while fairly close to the beach didn't appeal to us at all.

There is also a Water Taxi station a few blocks away, which offers transportation to many of Ft.

It is conveniently located -- just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the bus, and a 10-15 minute walk to the water taxi and Beach Place.

The rooms were clean, the king size bed was comfortable, air condition and TV worked, can't ask for much more than that for the price.

The room we rented had two double beds, a TV, a fridge and private bathroom.

Only problems; the bed was a bit uncomfortable in one of the rooms we stayed in and the coffee in the a.

I booked 2 rooms one was suppose to be king bed, it wasn't.

In an effort to save some money, I asked Mick if we could switch to one room with a rollaway bed in order to save ourselves some $$.

The small kitchen was perfect for making breakfast/lunch to help save money.

Not a problem for dinner when you want to go out but little bit of a problem for breakfast and lunch.

But would be better prepared next time with soaps and breakfast/lunch supplies.

Price as well, cool decoration and clean, great service from the cleaning staff.

In fact when we were trying to get to the awaiting taxi I had to ask the housekeeping staff if we could use the elevator because they were using it exclusively.

We were on the 3rd floor with a view of the pool, but with 7 suitcases it was a pain using the non-ventilated elevator (but thank goodness there was an elevator.

The pool was warm, the free tennis was a blast for all 5 of us, the gym was adequate, we were very close to the beach & shopping, and of course Mick went out of his way to serve us.

For Fort Lauderdale is a great value at $120 per night, the free wi-fi can let you live.

The free wi-fi (as well as a computer center) can let you live and work as if you were home.

The sheets and towels were spotless and the bathroom was very clean.

The decor is funky in the right way, with very clean and spacious rooms, good coffee brewed fresh every morning, and an innkeeper that is refreshingly personable and a knowledgeable local resource.

Also excellent service, friendly hosts and our room was clean.

Furthermore my room was great and the pool was clean.

The room was beautiful, incredibly clean and quiet.
