Comfortable and fancy place all in all, has exceptional staff in their efforts to respond to everyone. The deluxe queen room is light filled with an extra blanket, aircon, as for instance.
As we remember, there was no view.

This hotel was cool and I will come back. Silent rooms with comfy beds, bathroom was good size. The staff were really good and very polite and the location was incredible to botanical gardens. The food in the attached restaurant was nice and outstanding.

Got queen room with 2 beds when arrived, loved that. Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from Civic Square was magnificent.

We have stayed here for 2 nights and had a comfortable experience. The staff was pleasant, provided an early check-in and a late check-out. It was in a great location with Wellington Museum nearby.

The hotel has the best possible location, near the center of Wellington. The rooms are great value and a nice size here with complimentary earplugs so easily solved, a comfy bed and wobbly furniture.
