        Getting there.

        Dublin Airport is within 10km.

By car follow signs to "City Center". Arriving into the city follow the signs for "O Connell Street" passing through Drumcondra onto Dorset Street. Turn left onto Upper Gardiner Street, continue down Lower Gardiner Street, through Store Street and crossing straight through the Talbot Memorial Bridge onto Moss Street, through the next set of traffic lights into Shaw Street and turning right onto Pearse Street, the hotel is located 20m up from here on the right hand side.

        Getting around.

DART Station is adjacent to the hotel.

Connolly Station is within 10 minutes walking.

From Connolly Station take a left turn on Amiens Street. Continue on and cross the bridge over the Liffey, onto Moss Street. At the end of Moss Street take a right at the lights and the hotel is located a further 50m down on the right hand side.

Heuston Station is about 3km from the city center, so you can take bus (No 90) to Connolly Station and than a few minutes walking to the hotel.

Luas Green Line is also within walking distance. Your stop is “Stephens Green”. Turn right from the Luas stop, cross the Road at Stephens Green West, which will take you to Grafton Street. Walk to the bottom of Grafton Street. You will see Trinity College just to your right. Follow the railing right, all the way around the college and this will lead you onto Pearse Street, walk past the Garda Station on the left and a further 30m you will see the glass facade of the Trinity Capital on the left.

A public parking is provided at location nearby.

Great location, friendly staff, great price and comfortable rooms

My wife wanted a smoking room, smell of smoke was a bit strong maybe something could be placed in room to combat this.

The room was comfortable, the location was good; it was quiet but only a few minutes walk to the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is just around the corner from Grafton Street. The decor is Egypt draped in velvet. There is a restaurant in the hotel where we had lunch. Food was very nice and service was excellent. Normally don't bother eating in hotels however the decor and aroma was very inviting. The atmosphere in bar when i was on way home proved to tempting to resist for a nitecap.

charged 20€ for parking, would expect free with hotel, as it was tatty car park around the corner, not like ncp car park but ncp prices. and breakfast finished at ten an we couldn't even buy breakfast in restaurant

          The location was excellent.

Unloading was a little difficult and understanding the car parking arrangements not clear.

I liked the city centre location and decadent, 'fin de siecle' decor and design.

There was a queue for breakfast tables when diners were not admitted to the breakfast room because all of the tables were full. Yet there were lots of empty tables in a lobby immediately outside the dining room. (This was not the main lobby but a little one near the dining area.) I asked if I could have breakfast at one of these but was declined. A little flexibility would have been welcome. At €114 a night the customer should be king.

Rooms and general hotel area are clean, interestingly and tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds, fresh and clean bathroom facilities. Nice tv, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and safe provided in the room.

The room we were allocated was very hot and stifling and had no air conditioning facility. I believe certain rooms are air conditioned. Neither me not my son slept very well because of this. On the second morning I requested a fan and received one which really was quite inadequate. I pulled a chair right up to the foot of the beds and perched it, running, on that, overnight, but still we could hardly feel any effect. There was no fridge in the room, so we couldn't keep a cool drink to hand overnight to help the situation either. The window, because of the style of opening, hardly supplied any ventilation also.

Loved the decor, great location for Dublin tourist sites

the food at the restaurant wasn't great - not worth the price

The location of this hotel was our main reason for selecting this hotel and it didn't disappoint in that regard. It was centrally located to the parts of Dublin that we were planning to visit during our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in any questions concerning the city and our tour.

Our stay in Dublin was the last week of July and it apparently was warmer than 'normal'. The hotel does not have air-conditioning in every room (it is an additional charge to upgrade) and our room was quite warm. They provided a fan to try and ease our discomfort but it was still warm up until early morning. When you are traveling it is nice to try and get a good night's rest before a busy day of touring and that was difficult to do because we were uncomfortable trying to sleep.

Great city centre location, very friendly and helpful staff, unique and stylish interior.

Lunch portions were rather small - not very good value for money. Bedroom was extremely warm.

I liked the armchairs as you come in and the colour schemes downstairs, slightly stronger lights would not go amiss.

There was really not enough light in my room, no ceiling light and I felt very gloomy coming back in the evening with all the lights on. I think because of that I won't be coming back. Also the walls are very thin, I could almost hear my neighbour's conversation on the phone and he was not shouting. For me a big problem. Sorry !

Loved the atmosphere, and travelling as a solo female I felt very comfortable. Location was superb (which is why I chose it) as I was attending my daughter's graduation at Trinity College. Would recommend the hotel and hope to return.

Comfortable rooms, generous sized, fun and funky decor. Great value for the price.

The only suggestion for improvement is that the lobby, bar and restaurant smelled too much of the kitchen/fried food. They need better ventilation in the kitchen.
