Absolutely great hotel with very efficient staff at receptionists and family-friendly rooms. Absolutely ideal location to the Chevron Renaissance shopping centre, good for visiting Surfers Paradise. Adjacent to Surfers Paradise as well as trolley.

What a delightful stay, nothing to complain about. Modern and nice hotel with free parking and amazing location back to gold coast. New-fashioned room with excellent views of the ocean. Fantastic service at all times. The quick check-in.

i liked staying here, no reason to complain. by and large, it was decent base for sightseeing in surfers paradise, had much fun and met great and perfect staff at receptionists. the room was big size and spotless and had own bathroom plus a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. ocean view was worthy. the location was great and fantastic, close to budds beach.

Our group of friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment complex. The location was perfect, with everything we needed just a short walk away. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious and had great kitchen facilities, which made meal prep easy. The front desk was always accessible, and the safety measures throughout the complex were fantastic.

The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing, and we had to re-wash some dishes.

Very friendly staff and the rooms were very well laid out, very clean, comfortable and convenient to everything.

We loved staying 4 nights here. That was absolutely great hotel set in good quiet area, right by the Chevron Renaissance shopping centre, the main drag in surfers paradise and surfers paradise from perth off an over night flight. The room was huge and neat with aircon, we stayed in all day. Very, very nice staff at receptionists, which was unquestionably a plus. It had central location close to Cavill Mall. The check in was efficient and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the property...

Sadly, but there was rubbish in some areas.

Had a wonderful Xmas break. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates upon arrival which was a lovely touch. The location was unbeatable - close to all the shops, restaurants, attractions and beach. We also enjoyed the complimentary daily breakfast. The pool was large and refreshing, perfect on hot sunny days.

The gym lacked free weights which was a bit disappointing for those who want to keep up with their fitness routine. The in-room cleaning service was sometimes missed and required a call to reception.

Spacious apartment with everything we needed including great balcony with outdoor table and chairs. Clean, well ventilated, nicely decorated and felt almost new. The gardens and pool were also very nice and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Close Enough to the shops and beach but out of the really busy area. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Great apartment for my group and perfect position all though having more than 1 key for a group would make things a lot easier

The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach and a shopping center. The apartment was ideal for our family, with a full kitchen and laundry amenities provided. The pool and gym were great bonuses, and it was wonderful to have free WiFi during our stay.

The furnishings were a bit dated and could use an update. we had some difficulty finding the rubbish chute as there were no signs in the hallway.

Lots of space, perfect for family with young children like us, close to everything

I recently stayed at Trilogy Surfers Paradise and had a great experience. The location was ideal, just a short walk to all the necessities. The apartment itself was modern and spacious, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and spa in the complex were a hit with both the kids and adults. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our communication smooth. I would highly recommend this hotel.
