          Well appointed boutique hotel in New York, delightful Staff and comfortable bed.

          S not that much choice in the *immediate* area and canal Street is VERY noisy.

          The very friendly and helpful staff, great room.

          The location of the front desk does not lend to privacy checking in and Broadway intersection is a low point of the surrounding neighborhood.

          Great views from room and subway access right there The staff were amazing. Friendly welcome were much appreciated and the maid service was very good. The bathroom was amazingly clean.
