  The location is good as other reviewers have commented, also, for a nice hotel, having a window unit climate control is not acceptable and staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious.

  The area is residential, nice and quiet, the parking is excellent, the hotel is in a perfect position for 5th Ave South and the wonderful beaches of Naples. Front desk and entrance as you arrive is very impressive and luxurious, air conditioning works well to keep rooms at comfortable temps.

  Great rooms communial areas and a fantastic location, very quiet hotel, staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. The bed was extremely comfortable to sleep on, continental breakfast was cereal /toast/ bagels and doughnuts.

  Great location as you are able to walk to all the cool things in the area and this hotel overall is very good. Peter on the front desk is really helpful and friendly, large bedrooms are extremely comfortable.

  The location to my mind is fantastic and all other areas of the hotel are also very smart. The bed is very nice.

  Some of the desk staff are less than friendly, as well the continental breakfast could be better.
