Room on the 35th floor had great view over Baltimore, the cheapest price was actually on the hotel's direct website and the staff was very friendly.
Great view, excellent value for the room compared to other hotels in the area and the elevator service was fine.
In addition the hotel was great, the price was good and i thought the staff was excellent.
This hotel was clean and the price was good.
The location is quite good - 's only a 10 minute walk to Inner Harbor, the hotel's cheap solution for wiring the network failed to deliver and the small deli in the lobby is great.

View from the 35th floor was great, the location was perfect for a downtown hotel and staff was always courteous.
We arrived at the Baltimore train station and decided to walk to the hotel since it was a nice day.
The bus took us to the harbor and when we wanted to come back to the hotel, we called the cell number that the driver give us and he picked us up.
The rooms have a small kitchenette area, a living room area and then a separate bedroom and bathroom space.
Our room had a queen bed, sofabed, mini-fridge, desk and chairs and decent-sized bathroom.
Two double beds, lots of pillows, nice bright bathroom, large walk-in robe/luggage room, kitchenette (microwave, refridgerator).
Good points: Comfortable bed and clean room; friendly and efficient staff; thePlaza Deli downstairs which had very good food and snacks.
Opened the room to our door and was greeted with a large room with Queen beds, a small but adequate kitchen, huge walk in closet area and a decent bathroom.
There is a restaurant in the hotel and a small food shop/cafe.
At least the elevators are quick and quiet, the breakfast at the downstairs deli is pretty good.
There is a small convenience store/deli attached to the hotel which is great for a cup of coffee or a quick breakfast.
We ate at the hotel restaurant, "Tugs", one day and this was also good.

Central to many other city activities, not charging outrageous hotel rates for simple things and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful.
