  Looks great from the street, don't be fooled, big Daddy's liquor and wine store is within walking distance, location is not bad. Nice hotel for people on a budget, the nachos in the lobby bar area are huge for $8 tho and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are adequate, just a computer mix up and the employees are very polite and helpful.

  Food at the reort is expensive and not interesting, the 3 pools could have used better maintenence.

  The grounds and the private beach are amazing, first off, the location is really great, the hotel there is very nice. The rooms provide all the essentials you need and the staff is friendly, guys running bars are excellent.

  Beautiful area and great place. Not bad for the money, the lobby was nice and cozy and the staff were decent, our room was clean and had no bugsas stated in a prior review. On several days, our maid left us just one towel and the food at the pool bar was fantastic.

  Plenty of great public beach area to the north, excellent Value and the outdoor lobby was spacious and the grounds were beautiful. The staff were friendly and room was clean.

  The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great, our stay at the hotel was excellent. Our room was very adequate and the pool on the condo side was beautiful and the bartenders were the best.

  The lobby, open bars, restaurants, and pool are great, overall the grounds of the hotel are nice. A small hot tub is right next to.

  This island is very expensive and unreliable staff over promise and under deliver.

  Free wifi only in the outdoor lobby and spectacular Setting. No service, no dry cleaning and two hot tubs. Other res/bars is great, the pool is VERY nice.

  The location of the dive shop attached to the hotel was convenient and the staff were friendly to us we didn't have any problems there at all. The rooms were great, the associated bars and restaurants were good, the pool was always clean and comfortable.

  The fitness center in the hotel was clean and had the basics for a morning workout, the staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was nice was cleaned everyday and we had new towels everyday. Allison at the bar were great.

  No laundry service, no dry cleaning, nice Room and bob, Chris, and Erik, in the pool bar , are such great guys.

  And this place is not cheap and as a negative, 7 mile beach is extremely busy and touristy.

  Our water pressure was fine and our room was cleaned daily, the staff were very friendly and the meals were outstanding.

  Great breakfasts at treats and the grounds/pools are good and the lagoon for snorkelling is very nice.

  The Cayman Islands are very expensive, staff couldn't care less and rooms and property feel dirty and unsafe.
