Apparently the hotel just went smoke-free, the service was great and the room was overpriced considering there was no casino.
Someone recommended the Saskatoon Thriftlodge for its central location and this hotel was clean and modern.
When we stay with the kids, we try to get a 1 bedroom suite, which this hotel does not currently offer, however they have told me they are still building and plan on having suites in the new area.
By far the best value for our dollar, friendly staff and a large tub in the bathroom.
The rooms are new with white duvets and lots of pillows on the beds.
The room was an ok size however the rooms were not clean, as tables were sticking from spilt soda.
The guest rooms are a little sparse in the art department and would benefit by adding some tasteful pictures.
To top it off we had an amazing breakfast that included pastries, coffees, juices, hard bolied eggs, cereals and the kids got to have belgian waffles with strawberries and whipped cream.
Free breakfast served in the mornings and quiet facility.
The continental breakfast was well stocked.
Moreover the wireless internet is free, the continental breakfast is much more than that.
They also liked the make your own waffle breakfast with whipped cream and berries.
Pleasant staff offering professional services and hot tub.
Needed a place that was pet friendly, the front desk staff were excellent and everything in my room worked well.
The service was great and by far the best value for our dollar.
I found the staff both friendly and helpful.
A pool with a waterslide is slated to open along with a fitness centre in March 2005.
My husband raved about the fitness centre that has brand new LifeCycle Equipment and is larger than any other hotel we stayed in.
Resteraunt below served excellent food and the pool was great for smaller kids.
