  Within a reasonable distance to Busch Gardens and pool area clean. Com the value was good and price was great. The staff were friendly, the Manager was very helpful and the room was fine.

  The microwave was ancient and broken, sheets were not changed daily, breakfast was bad.

  The hotel is in a great location, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean. The continental breakfast could use a little help.

  Great value, staff friendly and the Rooms were clean and nice. The continental breakfast was good.

  Some of the towels were stained, the pool was not a was dirty.

  Big rooms and free wireless connection etc. Old, hot elevator and lots of good restaurants. Minutes away from Busch Gardens.

  Great for budget minded folks, totally not worth the money and the front desk person was surly at best. The mattresses were awful.

  Pretty good accommodation, the continental breakfast consisted of coffee and nice pool.

  The hotel needs a complete makeover, maid service is unavailable.

  Good location to Williamsburg/Busch Gardens, the staff provided coupons to a great Italian joint nearby and the rooms were clean and the place was nice enough. We just returned home from was suppose to be a relaxing, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and the beds were long. Pillows were cheap and thin, towels were fresh, continental breakfast was bread.

  Location and price was good, hotel was clean, quiet and close to activities. The staff were very helpful, bathroom was clean and microwave worked great as well. Pillows and the attendant was very friendly, toilet worked just fine.

  Breakfast was limited to cereal and the managers office was also closed. The pool was dirty to.
